Maybe you've heard the horror stories from friends, or scrolled one too many forums at midnight wondering if your body will "know what to do." Maybe you just don't know what you don't know yet. Either way, the excitement of meeting your baby is tangled up with a quiet fear that breastfeeding will be one more thing you have to figure out alone, in the middle of the hardest, most exhausting days of your life.
Most moms assume breastfeeding support is something you seek out after something goes wrong, once the latch is already painful or the weight checks are already concerning. But by then, you're sleep-deprived, overwhelmed, and trying to solve a problem in crisis mode. The moms who feel most confident in those early weeks are usually the ones who prepared before baby ever arrived.
As an RN and IBCLC, I help expecting moms walk into postpartum with a plan already in place, not just hope. We'll talk through what to expect, troubleshoot potential issues before they happen, and make sure you feel equipped rather than blindsided. You don't have to wait for something to go wrong to get support.

Whether you want a single prenatal consult to ask your questions and ease your mind, or ongoing support heading into those first weeks home, there's a package built for exactly where you are. Take a look below and find the right fit for you and your growing family.

Your lactation visits and your package fee are two separate things:
Lactation visits: Most insurance plans cover the clinical portion of your visit. We verify coverage before your first appointment and bill your insurance directly when eligible. Any co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance are your responsibility and are billed separately.
Package Fee: Not billed to insurance. It reserves your visits and guarantees a dedicated provider for the length of your package. It replaces the full package cost rather than adding to it, and it's nonrefundable. Package fees may be HSA/FSA eligible.
- Currently accepting United Healthcare, CIGNA, Aetna, and many more.
With insurance covered visits: $200 (Insurance covers the clinical lactation visits. The package fee reserves your visits and on-going support.)
Self-pay: $1000 (Includes all visits and messaging support, no insurance billing needed.)
